Derek Poundstone

Derek Poundstone is a former American Strongman and Powerlifting champion. During his stellar profession, he solidified himself as one of the most powerful guys on the planet, taking first place in numerous Strongman titles between 2008 and 20013.
Poundstone was born in Woodbridge, Connecticut on September 28, 1981, and is 39 years vintage today, weighing 330 kilos at a height of 6’1″.

1. Back Injury

On October 27, 2006, Derek injured his back deadlifting.
