Broncos’ Free Agency Recap So Far
Denver has been focused on keeping its core intact, re-signing four of its own free agents. Additionally, the team made a splash by signing San Francisco 49ers safety Talanoa Hufanga. Barton joined the Broncos last offseason on a one-year deal, stepping in to replace Josey Jewell in the starting lineup. In his lone season with the Broncos, Barton proved his value, starting 14 games and recording 106 tackles (53 solo), 1.5 sacks, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery, and two interceptions. This marked his third consecutive season surpassing 100 tackles, a testament to his consistency and reliability.
