A warning that what you see on WWE TV isn’t real, and great news for two talented Australian wrestlers… Buddy Matthews and Rhea Ripley said on social media tonight (August 9) that they are getting married.

In May of last year, Ripley, whose real name is Demi Bennett, revealed that she was dating Matthews, whose real name is Matthew Adams. The couple has had fun telling people that Rhea’s relationship with Dominik Mysterio on Raw and NXT is kayfabe and that her heart really belongs to the House of Black member and AEW Trios champion, not her teammate in The Judgement Day.
Now, they’ll say vows about how much they love each other at some point in the not-too-distant future. We doubt that Dirty Dom’s name will come up in the real ceremony.
