Alexa Bliss, the 32-year-old WWE superstar, has shared a heartwarming update while taking a break from the wrestling scene. Notably absent from the ring since her Royal Rumble 2023 appearance, Bliss took on Bianca Belair for the RAW Women’s Championship at the event. However, she fell short against The EST and experienced further humiliation when Uncle Howdy mocked her via the jumbotron.
On a more personal note, Bliss announced her pregnancy with husband and musician Ryan Cabrera in May. Anticipating the arrival of their baby in December, Bliss playfully referred to the news as the “best oops ever” in her Instagram announcement.
In her recent Instagram story, Bliss delighted the WWE Universe by showcasing her baby bump and highlighting that she can still fit into one of her sweatshirts.

The WWE break, in Alexa Bliss’ opinion, is “good thing.”
Recently, Alexa Bliss revealed that she thinks taking a break from the business is a smart idea.
As a superstar so far, Bliss has had a really successful career. She is a three-time Women’s Tag Team Champion and has won the RAW and SmackDown Women’s Championships. In 2018, Little Miss Bliss also triumphed in the Women’s Money in the Bank competition.
In a recent interview with The Messenger, Alexa Bliss expressed her belief that her hiatus from WWE is beneficial. Acknowledging her impressive wrestling journey, which includes multiple title wins and character evolutions, Bliss emphasized the importance of taking breaks for career longevity. She mentioned that stepping away from the spotlight allows fans to miss her and enables her character to evolve.

“Time away and reinventing a character, and evolving yourself is the key to career longevity at WWE. So I always say time away is such a good thing because it gives people the time to miss you. When you’re being seen on WWE [TV] three or four times an episode, you don’t really have anywhere to go with your character. So whenever you take time off, it’s always a good time to evolve and to keep going,” said Alexa Bliss.
Bliss, who has garnered a dedicated fanbase over the years, remains a much-anticipated return in WWE. Fans are curious about the character she’ll portray upon her eventual return to the company. Additionally, the speculation of a potential reunion with Bray Wyatt adds to the intrigue surrounding her comeback.
As Alexa Bliss enjoys her break and prepares for motherhood, her absence leaves an impression on WWE television. Fans are left to wonder about her future persona and eagerly anticipate her eventual return.
