A few weeks before turning 76, Arnold Schwarzenegger, a Hollywood star and bodybuilding icon, was spotted lifting weights at Gold’s Gym Los Angeles.
He was using a workout machine to train his arms to compete again in the Mr. Universe competition.
In all black, Arnold was wearing a t-shirt, shorts, slip-on trainers, and calf-length socks, all colored black. Arnold is known for his impressive physique even after he is 70 years old.
According to Mirror, he wore tinted sunglasses the whole time.

After moving to America, Arnold trained at Gold’s Gym, where he started his bodybuilding career at the age of 15.
As he put it, “the Mr. Universe title was my ticket to America, where I could become a star and get rich.”
During the 1977 bodybuilding film Pumping Iron, the stalwart first gained attention as an actor.
Following his term as governor of California in 2003, the Renaissance man returned to acting after completing his term in 2011.
