CM Punk is a former professional wrestler, fighter, and commentator who was signed to All Elite Wrestling as a performer and Cage Fury Fighting Championships as a commentator. The 434 day run as the World Champion in WWE is his sixth-longest reign in that company’s history.

After 1999, Brooks began his professional wrestling career with Ring of Honor and became their world champion. In 2005, he signed with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) and won the WWE Championship twice. He also won the World Heavyweight Championship 3 times, the Intercontinental Championship once, as well as the ECW World Heavyweight Championship 1 time. Brooks also made an impact winning both the Tag Team Championships which secured its 19th Triple Crown in 203 days. It granted him of being a Money in the Bank winner and main eventing several pay-per-view events. With much speculation on his departure from WWE, Brooks joined a new company known as All Elite Wrestling in 2021 after three years of drawing sharp criticism from many critics and fans alike.Brooks grew up in a middle-class family. His mother struggled with bipolar disorder and had to live away from him with his grandparents after he was old enough. His father’s alcohol addiction made Brooks choose to be straight edge.
