Shawn Michaels

Shawn Michaels is an American retired professional wrestler and actor. He is widely regarded as one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time, with accolades including five world championships (three WWF/WWE, two World Bodybuilding Federation), eleven Intercontinental Championships, seven Tag Team Championships (four with Paul Orndorff, two with Marty Jannetty and one with British Bulldog), and being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame twice. Michaels has also appeared in several Hollywood films, notably as David Duchovny’s fictional character “The X-Files” FBI Special Agent Fox Mulder in the feature film The X-Files (1998) and its sequel film The X-Files: I Want to Believe (1999). He starred alongside Liv Tyler in the romantic comedy Going My Way (2009), for which he was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for Best Actor – Motion Picture Comedy or Musical.
