Having expressed fears of overtraining, Joesthetics’ girlfriend broke down in tears at his memorial service in Thailand after he died of an aneurysm.
His eight million Instagram followers knew how hard he worked to maintain his physique, and he rose to fame posting fitness videos on social media. On July 1, he tragically passed away at the age of 30.
Nicha, who shares the bodybuilder’s passion for fitness, joined devastated friends at his favorite gym in Pattaya, eastern Thailand, on Monday.
Despite wearing black sunglasses and a black hoodie, Nicha wept as she paid tribute to her partner who died suddenly of an aneurysm, caused by a weakening of an artery wall.

“Jo taught me how to be strong for the first time. I don’t know what to say. I’m heartbroken.”
“My dad was hard on me sometimes because he always wanted me to stand on my own two feet. He loved me.”
During the memorial service, friends laid wreaths and lit candles in memory of the popular bodybuilder.
As Nicha posted a photo after the service, she stared at a picture of her boyfriend among floral tributes with the caption: ‘My heart will always be like the sunflower, and your soul will always be with me. Sleep well, my baby.
Since his tragic death, Nicha has posted several pictures and videos of the couple. A video shows Mr Lindner helping her drop a dumbbell as they laugh together.

She also shared screenshots of the final messages between them. He told her: ‘Yes babe now it’s just us. Working hard here. Keep pushing. And later we’ll be united again. Stronger than ever. You’re the only one I want. Always in my heart.’
As you know, time flies when you’re busy, so I’ll be back in no time.
