Dennis Cyplenkov started strength sports with the kettlebell in 1993 and then took up wrestling in 1996. Since 2008, he only did competitive wrestling. Everyone knows him because of his amazing physique. At one time, he was 140 kilograms, but when he does competitive wrestling, he will be 100kg. He is most famous for his hands; they’re about 24 centimeters around to 64 centimeters around at their tightest.
In 2018, the late Andrey Pushkar was to meet Cyplenkov as his right arm for Pal #50. However, Pushkar died on his way to the airport from a car accident in Ukraine. The tournament was held in honor of Pushkar and Cyplenkov presented the championship belt to the family.
During the Top 8, Dmitri Cyplenkov had to stop playing due to kidney problems.
Cyplenkov is not only a writer, he also practices powerlifting and strongman. He holds the record for the strict curl with a 113kg barbell during an event in 2015
