Drake Maverick Professional wrestling career
Curtin signed with WWE in October 2017, but had to postpone his debut until his US work visa was renewed. On January 30, 2018, episode 205 Live, he made his debut under the stage name Drake Maverick and was named the brand’s new General Manager. On the September 3 episode of Raw, Maverick accompanied the AOP tag team (Akam and Rezar) as their new manager, so they turned on their heels.
On the November 5 episode of Raw, Maverick led AOP to their first reign as Raw Tag Team Champions.
