Bianca Belair, the former WWE RAW Women’s Champion, recently reflected on her loss of the title after a historic reign of over 400 days. Belair had claimed the championship by defeating Becky Lynch at WWE WrestleMania 38, but her reign came to an end when Asuka dethroned her at WWE Night of Champions.
In an interview with Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated, Belair expressed her perspective on the title loss, stating that it was her turn to give back to the women’s division. She acknowledged the impact of other women she had faced in the ring and felt it was her responsibility to elevate others in return.
“I’ve had the opportunity to compete with some amazing women who have helped me grow in this industry,” Belair said. “So, it was my turn to give back and elevate others.”
Belair emphasized her desire to lift others up throughout her reign, including in her final match as champion against Asuka. She praised Asuka’s talent and the positive influence she has on the entire division, expressing her hope that her own accomplishments had contributed to the division’s progression.

“I want to do for others what they’ve done for me,” Belair emphasized. “Asuka is a shining star who is pushing the division forward. I hope my reign helped move it in the right direction. It was an honor to face her in that match.”
Following Asuka’s victory, she was presented with the new WWE Women’s Championship, while Triple H bestowed the Women’s World Championship upon SmackDown Women’s Champion, Rhea Ripley.
Looking ahead, Bianca Belair is set to challenge Asuka for the title in a highly anticipated three-way match at WWE SummerSlam, which will also involve Charlotte Flair. As fans await the thrilling event, WrestleZone will provide comprehensive coverage of the show as it unfolds.
I want to know why Charlotte Flair won’t challenge Rhea Ripley
For her title? Is she scared of Rhea?
Bianca ia a beautiful person and a real champion. She doesn’t need a belt to be called a true champion. I really love her.
