With the sound of camera shutters going off as she walked into the ring, it seems like Tiffany Stratton is headed for Hollywood.
The current WWE NXT Women’s Champion is still building her resume in the world of professional wrestling, but she also wants to hit some goals outside of the ring.
Tiffany Stratton told TV Insider that she wants to be an actress, and that one of her dream roles would be as one of DC Comics’ most popular superheroes.
“I would love to go into acting,” Stratton said. “My dream role would be some cool action superhero girl that does cool flips. That’s my dream role. Like a Wonder Woman. I’m a big fan of her. I was dressed as her for Halloween one year.”

It is still unclear if and when Stratton will try her hand at playing in Hollywood.Currently, her attention is on Thea Hail of Chase U, whom she will compete against on July 30 at NXT’s Great American Bash. There, Stratton will defend her title in a fight that ends with a submission.
Settling the Score
Last month, Hail went up against Stratton for the NXT Women’s Championship. Charlie Dempsey and Drew Gulak got the referee’s attention while Hail put Stratton in the Kimura Lock. This kept Hail from winning the title. Because of this confusion, Stratton was able to stop Hail with a three-count pinfall and keep her title.
Hail demanded a repeat with Stratton after Stratton beat her. She pointed out that Stratton had tapped out while the referee’s back was turned. After hearing Hail ask for a repeat for weeks, Stratton finally gave in after Hail added more pressure and locked her in the Kimura Lock again.
Now, Stratton will defend the NXT Women’s Championship at NXT’s Great American Bash in a Submission Match.
