The feud between him and Triple H mirrored Harley Race and Ric Flair’s rivalry heading into the initial Starrcade as Triple H made an offer of $100,000 to have Goldberg eliminated.

Gunther arrived at Raw last week, confronting Zayn and Owens after they had put away Ludwig Kaiser & Giovanni Vinci. Unamused by their behavior he and Imperium have been trying to needle the Tag Team Champions ever since. Paul Heyman then stepped up before the Intercontinental Champion, bringing an offer from none other than Roman Reigns – a simple task: distract Owens and Zayn.

The second WWE alumni to be involved in the Marvel Cinematic Universe after Batista, Seth Rollins will still appear on Raw tonight in the second part of his interview with Corey Graves. The past has already been discussed. Tonight he may talk about the present.
A meeting of two legends is set to take place
Since women were treated differently in the past, it isn’t every day that a clash between two women feels generational in WWE. There is a strong possibility that Trish Stratus will face Becky Lynch at Night Of Champions. ‘The Man’ returned last week after she was taken out by Trish and made it very clear that she wanted a match. The contract for the match will be signed tonight, giving both sides the opportunity to express themselves.
Once again, the Beast and the Nightmare
It’s been a while since Brock Lesnar and Cody Rhodes have been together, since WrestleMania, when ‘The Beast Incarnate’ first started targeting ‘The American Nightmare’. After Cody injured Lesnar at Backlash and he retaliated violently, it’s doubtful that it will stop.
As a result of Liv Morgan’s injury, we will also have a 4 Way match to determine the new WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions. Raquel Rodriguez, the other half of the Champions, will compete with Chelsea Green and Sonya Deville, Ronda Rousey, and Shayna Baszler, as well as Damage CTRL’s Iyo Sky and Bayley.
