Kenny Omega will most likely be a significant part of AEW All In, and he may confront a current star in the company during the show.
All In is the largest show in All Elite Wrestling history. It will be held on Sunday, August 27th at Wembley Stadium in London, England, with over 75,000 people expected to attend. It will be AEW’s first show in England since the company’s inception in 2019, and it will take place in front of one of the largest pro wrestling audiences ever.
Only one match has been confirmed for the card as of this writing: MJF defending the AEW World Championship versus his good friend Adam Cole. That match was set up on AEW Dynamite this past Wednesday after MJF commended Cole for making Maxwell feel more at ease being himself on AEW programs.
While we know the AEW World Title bout will take place at All In, little else is known, leaving fans wondering what else will be on the night.

Dave Meltzer writes about some of the rumored matches on the night in this week’s Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
“There was a rumored card out that included FTR vs. Young Bucks, Kenny Omega vs. Konosuke Takeshita, Will Ospreay vs. Chris Jericho and BCC vs. Eddie Kingston & Orange Cassidy & ?. Kota Ibushi had indicated being on the show but wouldn’t fit in unless it was teaming with Omega.”
Former AEW World Champion Kenny Omega and Konosuke Takeshita have been feuding for months, ever since Takeshita turned heel and joined Don Callis, who subsequently flipped on Omega. It makes sense for Omega and Takeshita to battle in a big singles contest at All In since they have only participated in tag team matches for AEW.
The Elite and Kenny Omega Long-Term Retention at AEW
Prior to this week’s AEW Dynamite 200, the company revealed that Kenny Omega, “Hangman” Adam Page, and The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson) nicknamed The Elite had all re-signed for long-term contracts. The deals were struck a few weeks ago, but they were urged to “keep quiet” so that the firm could reveal them on the day of Dynamite’s 200th episode.
Following The Elite’s victory in a trios tag team match on Dynamite, Kenny Omega announced that they will be appearing on AEW Dynamite, Rampage, Ring of Honor, and even Collision, which they haven’t appeared on since it was a CM Punk program. The Elite and CM Punk’s spat appears to be ongoing, therefore the WWE is keeping them apart.
