Jeff Hardy was mentioned on the AEW Dark: Elevation PPV this week. But Matt Hardy weighed in on the issue, responding to a fan complaint about him being featured.
A fan noted that people were complaining when Jeff Hardy was wrestling for WWE and he’s wrestling now for a different company.
Retired wrestling veteran spoke to Tony hyping AEW on the backstage respect he has for him with the wrestlers. He revealed that the AEW owner has been gracious in asking for their consent before putting them on the show.
I’ll give you insight. TK treats veterans/legends with the utmost respect & uses us the same. It’s refreshing. Tony asked us if we were ok being on & we were both happy too. We want to work with young stars like Top Flight. It’s a treat to work at AEW.
The “One Man Army”, Matt Hardy left WWE in March 2020 after his contract expired. He signed to AEW later that month and debuted on the March 18th episode of The Wrestling Classic: Dynamite.
