WWE wrestler Sami Zayn has sustained an injury that will likely keep him out of the ring for some time.
The WWE reported in its newsletter this week that Zayn’s injury is not major. They are hopeful that he will be able to return in the coming weeks. The injury would presumably take Zayn out of his plans for a possible match at SummerSlam, which is just over a week away.
When Theory attacked The Walking Man, the Usos showed up and made a mean display of what would happen to Theory when The Black Sheep disrespects The Family.
Mr. Zayn later called out Theory during commentary in a match between Mattie Danielson and the Street Profits’ Angelo Dawkins. Zayn has been linked to The Bloodline for about a month now, borrowing their name for the time being, and will be the guest on Steve Austin’s “The Broken Skull Sessions” which premieres July 22nd at 10PM EST on Peacock in the United States, and on the WWE Network around the rest of the world
Zayn had the most visible match of his career this past month at Money in the Bank with a victory in their ladder match. Zayn has also been known to wrestle on high impact WWE events, recently losing (for now) to Johnny Knoxville at WrestleMania 38. On March 11, he was defeated by Ricochet for the Intercontinental Championship.
