An autopsy report from the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office has revealed the cause of death for the 2015 Tough Enough winner who died in October 2022.
A lethal combination of alcohol and pills was ingested by her before she died, according to the outlet.
At the time of her death, Lee also had abrasions and bruises on her head and body.
The injuries could, however, have been caused by a fall while intoxicated.
After winning WWE‘s reality challenge show in 2015, Lee – who has two young children with her husband, former WWE star Wesley Blake (Cory Weston) – joined WWE.

Wesley Blake, a former WWE wrestler, was her husband.
In January 2016, she debuted at an untelevised NXT event and earned herself a one-year contract with the company.
As she continued to train in the ring over the past few years, and married her husband Blake in December 2017, she competed in her final WWE match with Liv Morgan against Billie Kay and Peyton Royce.
On October 5, she posted a selfie of herself in the gym and wrote: ‘Celebrating finally being healthy enough to go to the gym 2 days in a row 👏🥳 first ever sinus infection kicked my butt.’
Announcing her daughter’s death on Facebook, her mother asked for space for her family to mourn as she said her daughter had ‘gone to be with Jesus’.
