A report from PWInsider mentions that WWE will be taking Shane McMahon into Texas to attend WrestleMania 38 next weekend. Whether McMahon will indeed appear on the pay-per-view, there’s no word yet. However, it seems that he will be present throughout the weekend.

McMahon returned to the ring as a member of WWE at the Men’s Royal Rumble Match earlier this year. He was expected to wrestle Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 38. The problem was that McMahon was subject to a significant amount of criticism from other members of the WWE organization, including WWE Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Vince McMahon. While working as a producer of The Men’s Rumble as there was an impression that he was trying to make the event about himself.

Rollins vs McMahon was expected before McMahon was removed from the show and sent home. McMahon was trying to get into a fight against Austin Theory for WrestleMania 38. McMahon had a plan to appear as a RAW Superstar on the heel side of the ring.

There was a rumor that McMahon would come back to the stories once the heat was gone. Since then, we know he’s been making several events and business appearances for the company.
