During the Money In The Bank ladder match, creativity reigned supreme. With so much talent involved, we saw plenty of unforgettable moments. But of course, as with any match of this nature, there are a few moments that don’t always go to plan. This past weekend, however, Shotzi was heavily criticized for one aspect no one was particularly happy with.
Alexa Bliss was involved in a spot where she was on shoulders of Paige, and she then went to slam her into a ladder. However, the ladder broke and both women landed awkwardly. However, the “WWE SmackDown” star has fired back at any critics online by posting on social media.
She said: “There are 3 things that I care about at the end of a match. Is everyone safe? Did everyone have fun? Did the crowd react? Nobody got hurt. We all had a blast and the Vegas crowd was HotHotHot! I felt on top of the world after that match and was so excited to finally have my first hardcore match in over a year. I wouldn’t have done anything I didn’t practice or thought I could do safely.
In the “WWE Smackdown” Women’s title match, Liv Morgan would have her held in place by Ronda Rousey, hoping to retain the briefcase. It was Theory who won the United States Championship just hours earlier and cashed in the Money In The Bank briefcase, to become champion.
