So, Rey Mysterio stepped in and finally won the title at WWE SmackDown. This turn of events could make the 39-year-old change his mind and turn against LWO. After Escobar lost to Santos in their last match, the Stamford-based company could show that Rey Mysterio was behind the attacks on Escobar. Mysterio could convince Elektra to join him on the blue brand after the group replaced her. He could do this out of jealousy and spite. A reported angle could help this idea, which is interesting.
There were rumors before that LWO might have been planned to be split in two. It would be like nWO Hollywood vs. nWO Wolfpac. But it would be Lucha World Order vs. Latino World Order. Lucha World Order is made up of fighters who wear masks.
The present LWO could choose between Escobar and Mysterio, and both men could start recruiting more people to their side to get the upper hand.
How did Zelina Vega hint on WWE SmackDown that she might fight Elektra Lopez in the future?
Lopez was taken off the main roster for no official reason, and WWE hasn’t even acknowledged her past alliance with the group. But it’s possible that they’re keeping it for a future story.
