Since being released, Wyatt has yet to return to the wrestling world. Following his departure, WWE is reportedly going to continue pushing a supernatural theme, which is why Edge was removed from the Judgment Day faction.
As for Roman Reigns Vs Riddle Match; Riddle made it appear to the world that he would be challenging Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at WWE’s Money In The Bank. However, earlier in the week when question marks surfaced with RK-Bro and whether or not he would be working the show. It appears that this isn’t happening anymore. News also emerged of a recent injury sustained by a member of his crew at a house show.
However, it’s unsure if WWE will book a match between the two on TV. Either way, Riddle is expected to appear on “WWE SmackDown” this week to challenge Reigns.
With the smaller venues, advertisements listed for events were mixed up and tickets couldn’t be sold anymore–but, then again, it was a decision WWE made when they changed to these smaller venues.
If Reigns does not compete at WWE’s Money In The Bank, it would mark the third time in a row where they have had an opportunity to defend the title and they have broken this pattern 3 times now. Reigns have not competed with the belt on his shoulders since April’s main event of WrestleMania 38.
Drew McIntyre is going to be Reigns’ opponent this summer at WWE SummerSlam and WWE Clash At The Castle. Reigns worked a lighter schedule with WWE up until recently before cutting back on that, and Randy Orton is his opponent at the two upcoming stadium shows.
