Since her husband’s return to WWE, the question on many fans’ minds has been whether Brandi Rhodes will step into the wrestling ring once again.
With the reunion of Cody Rhodes and WWE, some speculated that Brandi would follow suit and sign with the company as well, creating a package deal of sorts for the power couple.
Yet, they are not the only husband and wife pairing in wrestling where fans eagerly anticipate the other half’s appearance, only for it to remain elusive for various reasons.
In the case of Brandi, her time in AEW saw her step into the ring and get involved in matches, but she never reached the status of a main event performer.

However, with her return to the WWE family, there was a glimmer of hope that she might make her in-ring debut for the company. Reports even emerged in 2022 of her training at the Performance Center, sparking further speculation about her potential WWE debut.
Despite several opportunities, including moments in Cody’s storylines where her physical involvement could have made sense, Brandi Rhodes remained absent from the ring.
Recently, Brandi sat down for an interview with Inside The Ropes, where she addressed the burning question about her wrestling future. When asked if she was done with in-ring activities, her response was unequivocal: yes, she is retired from wrestling, albeit quietly.
Though in wrestling, the adage “never say never” rings true, it appears that the door to Brandi’s in-ring career is largely closed at this time.
However, her life outside the ring is far from stagnant, as she is keeping busy with various ventures, including a new business endeavor. Content with her current position, Brandi seems genuinely happy with her life beyond wrestling.

Nevertheless, with her connections and standing in the industry, should she ever change her mind, a return to the wrestling ring would likely not be a challenge for Brandi Rhodes. But for now, the focus remains on her new ventures and the happiness she has found outside of the squared circle.
