In a surprising turn of events, The Rock’s public image has been challenged by a former WWE star, shedding light on a side of Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson that doesn’t align with his celebrated persona.
The Rock, hailed as one of the most iconic pro wrestlers of all time, has seamlessly transitioned from the squared circle to Hollywood, starring in numerous blockbuster films. Beyond his on-screen success, he’s renowned for his philanthropy, having generously provided homes and cars for family and those who supported him throughout his career. Recently, he earned accolades for his acts of kindness following the tragic passing of Bray Wyatt.
However, not everyone shares the same rosy view of The People’s Champion.
Former WWE Intercontinental Champion Ahmed Johnson has opened up about a disagreement he had with The Rock, hinting that the Hollywood superstar might be concealing his true self:

“About who’s going to go over and what we were gonna do to get to that point where I beat him up and pin him. He didn’t like some of my ideas. I didn’t like his ideas. There was a locker room incident. I don’t really want to say what it was. The Rock, he ain’t who he seems to be. He’s not all that smiling and handshaking that people think he is. I’ve seen him be very rude to some of the fans. Very rude.”
When was The Rock’s Last WWE Match?
The Rock’s last prominently advertised WWE match occurred at WrestleMania 29 in 2013 when he faced John Cena, ultimately losing the WWE Championship to Cena. This bout marked the second consecutive year that the two wrestling titans had headlined WrestleMania, with Cena emerging victorious the previous year.
Although the eight-time WWE Champion did return to compete at WrestleMania 32, it was in an impromptu match against Erick Rowan after being surrounded by The Wyatt Family. The Rock astoundingly defeated Rowan in just six seconds in front of the largest WrestleMania crowd in history.
Nobody is perfect, the good far outweighs the bad, everyone has bad days. Ahmed are using a story about the rock to get noticed again cause I don’t even remember you wrestling Rock. JS
