WWE EVP Triple H has made a return to TV in the very first episode since suffering an “cardiac incident” and underwent heart surgery in 2021.
News first came out about Triple H’s health issue when WWE released an announcement in September 8th, 2021 which stated the fact that The Game was recuperating following an effective procedure after what they described as a “cardiac incident.” The full statement included:

“Paul Levesque, a.k.a. Triple H has undergone an operation that was successful this month at Yale New Haven Hospital following an incident that caused cardiac damage. The incident resulted from a heart condition that is genetic and Paul is predicted to be able to make a complete recovery.”

Since then, Triple H has not been performing his normal duties in WWE as his partner Shawn Michaels has been in charge of the transformation of NXT into NXT 2.0 over the past few months.

The Game has appeared on television for the first time since the procedure began appeared in NBC News for a discussion of WWE’s “Next In Line’ initiative that has seen the company sign contracts with a number of standout college athletes. Triple H says the move to let college students make name and image and likeness contracts has opened the door to WWE:
