After being knocked out by his opponent, UFC fighter Mark Martin was rushed to the hospital with a bulging eye.
Martin delivers ferociously powerful blows that do a lot of damage, but his hard-headed approach in UFC often has him out of fights before they can really begin. The only stoppage Martin failed to overcome was in a first-round fight against Dilano Taylor after the doctor ruled him unfit to continue.
The event was PFL Challenger Series 2, which happened at the Universal Studios and attempted to determine some of the promotion’s brightest talent.
However, Martin was left injured after the fight with the doctor who stepped into the cage to check Martin’s eye, which almost immediately led to the end of the conflict.
The man had an eye that initial review appeared to be puffy, but pictures revealed the effect was due to it being pushed out of the bone socket.
