USA Weightlifting is proud to announce that Xplor’s TrueCoach coach will be joining the USA. With the use of this app, coaches can now achieve their weightlifting programming using AI. As part of the national coaching education program and with the aid of machine learning, TrueCoach will make coaches’ lives easier by providing them with cutting-edge coaching tools to succeed in their weightlifting programs without their help !

US athletes competed in weightlifting at the Olympics for the first time since 1996, earning two medals. As one of the fastest growing sports in the USA, weightlifting is becoming more popular with a variety of athletes – while also being a sport that more than ever has more women taking part.

Weightlifting coaches are on the rise in the USA with a 11% increase from 2021. Female weightlifting coaches have also seen growth in the demand for their expertise. USA Weightlifting reports that 60% of revenue now comes from weightlifting development programs, rather than memberships.

Clients who complete the course have the opportunity to partake in education with TrueCoach for three months, and all users of TrueCoach can access videos of USA Weightlifting movement exercises. When surveyed, 23% of people who use TrueCoach were interested in continuing education from USA Weightlifting.4

“here is a natural link between USA Weightlifting and TrueCoach because many of our great coaches know and use the platform with their athletes. We are excited to have them officially on board with USA Weightlifting,” said JP Nicoletta, Director of Coaching Education, USA Weightlifting.T

TrueCoach has been around since 2015, and currently supports 17,000 users worldwide. The app helps coaches easily manage both remote and in-person clients by removing the administrative burden of using the app when running their business. There are numerous tools provided such as workout builders, video exercise libraries, embedded payments, real-time messaging, and much more.

“We are proud that this technology can help USA Weightlifting coaches and athletes reach their full potential. With the coaches at the beginning of their certification, they can train and grow with TrueCoach from day 1. Michelle Furniss, General Manager, Coach, Fitness & WellBeing at Xplor Technologies says,”
