AEW may have won the “Wednesday Night Wars” against WWE NXT, but the company is now getting bad reviews online because its ratings are going down. Recently, Disco Inferno talked about whether or not Collision should be moved to fight with WWE. Konnan doesn’t think it could.
Even though AEW won in the end, Triple H’s time in charge of NXT is still praised by fans online. During the “war,” a few stars switched from the black-and-gold brand to the marketing based in Jacksonville. Adam Cole, who used to be the face of the NXT brand, started to appear in Dynamite comics at some point.
Recently, Disco Inferno wondered if Collision could move to Tuesdays to fight with NXT, but he also pointed out that the WWE brand is doing much better than AEW right now.
“What if they go head-to-head with Tuesday against NXT again, but NXT’s doing better – NXT’s doing better numbers than Collision and Rampage!”

In reaction to Disco Inferno’s analysis, Konnan said that he thinks WWE has learned from their loss in the “Wednesday Night Wars” because they now have Seth Rollins and Dominik Mysterio on the third brand.
“Not only that, they [WWE] smartened up. Remember way back in the day I said: ‘Really? They thought that Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler were gonna pop a rating and then they sent Charlotte Flair one time. What they’re doing now, like Dominik [Mysterio]’s there and Seth [Rollins] was just there.”
CM Punk seems to want to make Rush an AEW Collision-only match.
When it was said that Rush’s contract with All Elite Wrestling was about to end, there were a lot of rumors that he might follow his brother Dragon Lee in WWE. But, despite all the rumors, the star instead re-signed with Tony Khan’s rise.
CM Punk recently posted a short clip of Rush signing his new AEW deal to Instagram and wrote “Collider” in the caption. Even though Punk doesn’t decide who jumps over or not, many people think this was a not-so-subtle hint that he should be the only one on the show.

Rush might move to Collision, but for now, Andrade El Idolo is having a hard time against the combined power of The House of Black. El Toro Blanco could be just what El Idolo needs to get his mask and respect back.
