Introduction to KNAACK Tools and Their 2023 Strongman Competition
KNAACK Tools is excited to announce its 2023 Strongman Competition! This competition is open to anyone who wishes to test their strength and see if they have what it takes to be crowned the strongest of them all.
This competition will consist of 10 different events, with the winner being determined by whoever has the most points at the end. The events are as follows:
1) Car deadlift – lift a car from the ground and hold it for as long as possible
2) Farmer’s walk – carry two heavyweights for a distance of 50 feet
3) Tire flip – flip a giant tire end over end for a distance of 50 feet
4) Log press – press a log overhead for reps
5) Atlas stones – lift and carry five heavy stones for a distance of 50 feet
6) Yoke walk – carry a heavy yoke on your shoulders for a distance of 50 feet
7) Sandbag clean and press – clean and press a sandbag for reps
8 ) Keg toss – throw a keg over a bar for height
9) Chain drag – drag a chain while walking backward for 100 feet
10) truck pull – harness up to a truck and pull it 100 feet.
Judging Criteria for the Competitors
The competitors will be judged on the following criteria:
-Strength
-Endurance
-Speed
-Agility
-Precision
The strongest competitor will be the one who excels in all of these categories.
