WWE offered us the following list of things to look forward to in the STUPENDOUS weekend in Dallas/Fort Worth’s metroplex for WrestleMania 38. However, they did not provide us with a date for when all of them would occur.
A first report suggested an early ‘Mania matinee with NXT and the possibility of a late-night ‘Mania eve broadcast on the Hall of Fame inductions. There were some questions about how there was a possibility that the Hall Ceremony would be pre-taped, but it was not. According to the latest information, it will be live.
WWE’s current plans are to have the Hall of Fame Ceremony stream live on Peacock and WWE Network from 10:30 pm – 12 am ET on Friday, April 8.
The show will take place at the exact location that was the evening’s SmackDown, American Airlines Center in Dallas. The expectation is that it will not be a separately ticketed event, but something that will be a free addition to the SmackDown taping.
This puts the biggest WrestleMania event on the opposite side of the second portion of Rampage on that evening. Most likely not an issue because there won’t be scores to judge. However, that shouldn’t hinder it from becoming the talk of some circles.
