Lita is a pioneer women wrestler of WWE who showed her skills in the squared circle in her glory days. Her name or Trish Stratus could have achieved much more if women stars were just to be utilized in eye-catching roles. It’s good to know that WWE offers more extensive arrangements to female superstars, and they haven’t neglected the past superstars.
After nearly sixteen years, Lita is finally performing in a singles fight. She will take on Becky Lynch for the RAW Women’s Championship at the Elimination Chamber event. Unfortunately, while fans are excited to see the legendary star back in the ring, the excitement won’t last for long as WWE has no plans for her after the event is over.
Becky Lynch, the WWE Hall of Famer, spoke with Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated, in which she said that WWE has no plans for her in the future concerning her creative work. This is a sign that the company will continue in the same way with Becky Lynch as the Raw Women’s Champion. However, Lita has also said that things could change within the WWE the same way as in:
“Currently, I was just asked to do this match. I know everything can change in WWE at the drop of a hat. There is a lot of opportunities here, and just because there are no current plans doesn’t mean there won’t be. This is also allowing me to focus on the task at hand, which is to put on a killer match and not focus on anything else except Elimination Chamber.”
Lita has previously stated that it was a last-minute decision by WWE to have her wrestle in the Elimination Chamber. However, before that, she believed that her participation in the 30 woman Royal Rumble match was just an event she was expected to participate in. Therefore, she stated that:
“Just because there are no current plans doesn’t mean there won’t be.”
The conflict that has been brewing between Lita and Becky Lynch has been escalated in the last couple of weeks, and the fans are expected to be treated to a spectacular match at the Elimination Chamber. After all, is said and done, the current champion will likely be able to hold her own and make her way towards Wrestlemania if WWE continues to follow their current plans.
