WWE Network and Peacock Subscribers Await New Content Amidst Slow Week
The anticipation of fresh content on WWE Network and Peacock has turned into a waiting game, leaving subscribers craving more after the end of the eventful Premium Live Event weeks following SummerSlam. Unfortunately, this week has carried on the trend of limited offerings for fans of both platforms.
The slow week kicked off with an episode of RAW Talk featuring the likes of Bronson Reed and Akira Tozawa. Tuesday brought the prior week’s edition of NXT, available in select markets a day after its original airing. A new episode of The Bump streamed on Wednesday, featuring exclusive sitdown interviews with wrestling luminaries Edge and Becky Lynch, along with a chat with Chad Gable. The week wrapped up with This Week In WWE on Thursday.
Despite the lull, a glimmer of hope emerges as four full-length shows are slated to be added to the archives over the weekend, promising a surge of entertainment for subscribers. Among the new additions are a show highlighting rising stars, two programs that have recently aired elsewhere, and more.

Here’s a rundown of the shows set to arrive on WWE Network and Peacock this weekend:
#4. The SmackDown LowDown Makes Its Appearance
The SmackDown LowDown will debut a fresh episode this weekend. Available on-demand and streaming live around 10 AM EST on Saturday, August 26th, the series is known for breaking down the events of Friday Night SmackDown. Hosted by Matt Camp and Megan Morant, it often includes superstar interviews and insights into the latest action.

This weekend brings the addition of two shows to the archives that have previously aired on other platforms. WWE Main Event from August 10th, 2023, joins the collection, showcasing matches like Tegan Nox vs. Nikki Cross and Indus Sher vs. Akira Tozawa and Apollo Crews.
Also arriving is Friday Night SmackDown from July 28th, 2023. This episode features intriguing Bloodline drama ahead of SummerSlam. The night’s highlight was a showdown between Rey Mysterio and Santos Escobar, although Mysterio’s unfortunate real injury halted the match.
