Axiom vs. Dabba-Kato
Axiom made an effort to bring Dabba-Kato down to his level, but was met with a two-handed chokebomb that effectively ended the match.
After that, the large man attempted to cause even more harm, but an unmasked Scrypts was able to make the save and knock Kato to the ground.
Axiom has been elevated to the status of a leading brand in the corporation thanks to NXT‘s efforts. He was in a position to put up a legitimate challenge to the large man, but instead he was beaten soundly in fewer than two minutes.
Axiom deserved a better showing, despite the fact that the result makes sense in terms of establishing a new top giant. Following the conclusion of their brief conflict, it appears that Scrypts will be cooperating with The Superhero in the future.
Perhaps they will be able to put together an intriguing athletic tag team for a competition in a category that could benefit from seeing new competitors.

When Dijak was on his way into the arena, Ilja Dragunov attacked him and came dangerously close to slamming him under the metal sliding door before officials intervened.
The Czar went on to explain that he did this so that Dijak may experience a fraction of the agony that Hard Justice had already caused him.
Fight on the Battleground Begins Quickly Between Creeds and Gallus
Gallus made fun of The Family and The Creed Brothers and stated that they had no interest in competing against anyone else for the NXT Tag Team Championships.
A fight broke out after the arrival of Julius and Brutus Creed. The arrival of Channing ‘Stacks’ Lorenzo helped to level the playing field.
This was a good, straightforward segment that helped create anticipation for the NXT Tag Team Championships match at Battleground. It was not until much later that it was established that Gallus vs the Creeds would be the strategy for Battleground and that The Family would not be involved in any way.
After agreeing to every fight for several months, Gallus played the cowardly heels in this part, which was a significant step down from his previous performance. They shouldn’t be aiming to avoid challenges at all costs; rather, they should be eager to battle anyone.
Since the Don was brought in for questioning without being placed under arrest, it would appear that he has been detained for the entire week. Given that the police are only detaining him for his own criminal conduct, this is an uncommon approach to use if the goal is to develop sympathy for the accused individual.

NXT aired footage from an interrogation room, in which a law enforcement officer questioned D’Angelo. After some time had passed, he was formally taken into custody and informed of his rights.
Behind the scenes, Stacks offered his assistance to the Creeds at Battleground, but they declined his offer because of their trust difficulties.
