CM Punk will return to AEW on June 17 for the premiere episode of Collision, according to F4WOnline’s Dave Meltzer.
It is claimed that a final meeting between Punk and AEW President Tony Khan resulted in “an agreement that nobody will speak publicly” about the backstage fight between Punk, Ace Steel, and The Elite at All Out 2022.
Meltzer says Ace Steel will work from home as part of the arrangement.
WWE will release “a minor batch of releases” by July 1, according to a source.
Cody Rhodes is “expected” to compete in the Money in the Bank ladder match in London on July 1.
After Collision was added to the schedule, several AEW wrestlers expressed concern about an increase in travel days.
