From today, players can purchase operator skins for Blackbeard and Thorn, representing wrestlers The Undertaker and Becky Lynch in Rainbow Six Siege.
It includes the Undertaker uniform, headgear, operator portrait, WWE championship charm, The Tombstone weapon skin for the MK17 CQB, and a Moonlight Brawl background.
Thorn’s Becky Lynch Bundle includes an outfit designed after Lynch’s 2018-2020 ‘The Man’ phase, a WWE championship charm, a Dis-Arm-Her weapon skin, and an ‘I Am The Man’ background.
Each bundle costs 2160 Rainbow Six credits (around AU $25), with a joint bundle costing 4080 credits (around AU $50).
Below are some examples of the new skins in action:
While the crossover may seem wild, WWE wrestlers have appeared in video games in crossover roles before. In Gears 5, the tag team The New Day (Xavier Woods, Kofi Kingston, Big E) appeared, and Woods was also included in Fall Guys along with Asuka and The Undertaker as a skin.
Among the wrestlers who recently appeared in SNK’s mobile game The King of Fighters All-Star are John Cena, Seth Rollins, The Undertaker, Becky Lynch, The Rock, and Kofi Kingston.
Rainbow Six Siege, the latest major title to welcome the WWE stars, seems to be the latest major video game to do so. The Becky Lynch and Undertaker packs were spoiled a few months ago, thanks to some clever leakers, but it is great to finally see this crossover come to life.
