The most-attended and highest-grossing event in company history was the two-night WrestleMania 38. This event drew fans from 50 states and 53 countries to AT&T Stadium in Dallas, TX.
WWE’s WrestleMania sets records for social media impressions, video views, video watch time and engagements. In comparison with the Super Bowl’s 1.8 billion impressions (vs. WWE‘s 2.2 billion), WrestleMania also had a higher number of views for any event in WWE history and also managed to have more video impressions, audio impressions, video view time and video engagements than the Superbowl.
WWE released numbers to Wrestling Inc. stating that WWE WrestleMania breaks social media records: 1.1 Billion views across Facebook, Instagram, Snap, and TikTok by WrestleMania 38.
WrestleMania 37 generates 2.2 billion impressions.
* Two WWE content pieces that ranked highest for engagement – Cody Rhodes return to the WWE generated 500,000 engagements during its broadcast and the Pat McAfee / Austin Theory / Mr. McMahon match hit over 450,000 engagements during their match.
Wrestlemania 39 will take place on Saturday and Sunday. The first night takes place on April 1 while the second night takes place on April 2.
