It has been confirmed that the NBC program is confirmed to run through the fall 2022 season. The schedule has confirmed that the third season of Young Rock will be launching to compete against WWE SmackDown.
It was announced recently that the show’s popularity has been renewed for a new season. It will reveal the life and work of The Rock continue to be presented. The new episodes will begin with the show airing in the month of November and are now scheduled for Friday nights on Fridays. Although no specific date is announced.

“In November, the laughs begin with George Lopez’s family comedy “Lopez vs. Lopez” at 8 p.m., teeing up the third season of Dwayne Johnson’s bio-series “Young Rock” at 8:30 p.m.”
The show previously Young Rock had been broadcast on Tuesdays however, it will compete with WWE SmackDown. The blue brand airs between 8 pm and 10 pm (EST) while the show from NBC will end at 9 pm between 8:30 pm and 9 pm. So, fans are likely to face an issue, given that the show Young Rock has been a huge success with the wrestling crowd.
The Rock himself will continue to appear on the show along with Joseph Lee Anderson, Stacey Leilua, Ana Tuisila, Adrian Groulx, Bradley Constant, Uli Latukefu, Fasitua Amosa John Tui, and Matthew Willig.
The WWE legend hasn’t commented regarding the renewal at this time. However, Seven Bucks Vice President and former WWE head writer Brian Gewirtz took to Twitter and posted his thoughts.
“We’re BACK baby! Can’t wait to dive into Season 3 of #YoungRock! This is shaping up to be a helluva week!,”
It is not yet clear which the main themes will be prior to season three. However, the second season was filled with wrestling references including such wrestlers as Steve Austin, The Undertaker, Triple H, The Iron Sheik, and an unnamed Roman Reigns getting a role.
