I know you’re our baseball director, but your services are no longer needed.’” The dismissal was not just a professional loss but a personal one, exacerbated by Deion Sanders’ alleged manipulation of video evidence.
In the same interview, Darjean accused Deion Sanders of tampering with the evidence. He claimed Sanders orchestrated the theft of the video footage from the school. “We were under investigation, and Deion reached out to one of our staff members, the IT guy, saying, ‘I need you to steal the videos.’ He didn’t use the word ‘steal,’ but he said, ‘I got him to take it on the down low.’ I had somebody to slide in and get it off,” Darjean revealed.
