- Knowledge: Understanding of TV industry agreements, union regulations (SAG-AFTRA, DGA, WGA, PGA), contract law, and NIL rights.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills; detail-oriented with the ability to make independent decisions.
- Education: Law degree from a U.S. law school, licensed to practice in at least one U.S. state, and eligible for in-house counsel in Connecticut.
