In a thrilling display of skill and teamwork, Dolphins running back Raheem Mostert and Saints running back Alvin Kamara emerged victorious in this year’s Sport Fishing Championship’s “The Catch” tournament held off the coast of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
Teaming up as “Team Rising Son’s,” Mostert and Kamara showcased their angling prowess alongside SFC anglers Toby Berthelot and Jaselyn Berthelot. The competition, featuring a total of 14 NFL stars paired off into teams, saw Kamara and Mostert’s team securing a commanding win with 500 points.
The highlight of their performance came as Kamara reeled in the first catch of the day, a mahi mahi, setting the tone for their success. Later, the team added to their impressive tally by hooking three sailfish simultaneously, demonstrating remarkable coordination and determination.
